What we do

Every corner of the house, looked after.

  • The Home Assessment and Home Plan

    Two hours walking every system, then a written record of the house, the five things to fix first, and five years of costs to plan for.

  • Planned maintenance

    A twelve-month calendar for your house: boiler service, gutters, chimney, pool, snow. Each task booked ahead and confirmed done.

  • Repairs, one number

    Call us and we triage it, send the right trade and follow it through. Heating, plumbing, electrical, roof, stone, grounds.

  • Vendor coordination

    A single point of contact for every contractor and supplier, with all costs passed through transparently. We never mark up a bill.

  • Projects and travel watch

    Owner-side oversight for larger work, and eyes on the house while you’re at the shore or away for the winter.

Founding Members: the first 25 households keep their price for 24 months. The Home Assessment is $750, credited in full toward your membership if you join within 30 days of receiving your Home Plan.

About the name

Why Bramstons

Bramston’s was the house I lived in at school in England. A building more than a century old, still kept the way it deserved.

We live on the Main Line too, in the same kind of house you do. Bramstons is the company we wanted to call: one number, people who know the house, and work done properly the first time.
